First, a decision has to be made as to whether this is a single page covering all your services or a set of individual pages – one for each service offering. My preference is for the latter.
If we go down the multiple-page option, you may consider having a parent Services Page that summarises all your services and child pages for each service offering.
The latter approach will benefit SEO, though making site navigation for visitors slightly more complex, requiring them to click through more pages – particularly if you have a parent page.
Making a Start:
First, your services need to be defined – these should be customer-centric both in their division and what you call them.
My starter for ten is:
Technical Production: your straightforward onsite conference and the like.
Creative Production: where you collaborate with the client to deliver more creative productions such as “Please Feed the Lions.”
Installation Hire: where you install and potentially train a client to use the equipment, and the client then uses the equipment themselves – this might be an art installation in a gallery.
Hire: direct hire.
Service Offerings:
For each service, I suggest you storyboard the process you go through to deliver a project – bringing in the likes of Tom’s visualisations, etc., where applicable. (If any of these are important disciplines that set you apart from the competition, they could be included in technical disciplines.)
You also need to address potential barriers to purchase from the customers’ perspective – their concerns.
