For each project, we assign an Account Manager, a single point of contact you can call on any time.
They are supported by a Technical Project Manager and a Production Designer, who together work with you to bring everything to life.
Our technicians support the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
We have an experienced, in-house team of sound, lighting and video engineers, carpenters, programmers and set designers, supported by fabrication engineers, graphic designers, content producers and projection and broadcast specialists.
Whether setting up for a live event, exhibition, or permanent installation, our installation teams build, install, configure, and test every element in advance.
This is overseen by an on-site project manager to ensure compliance with approved technical specifications and creative design documentation.
To ensure your live event runs smoothly, one or more members of the project team is always on‑site to oversee operations and manage any last‑minute change requests.
Depending on the type of event, we provide technicians, programmers, operators, and can provide further support with stage management, show callers and auto-cue operators.
Operations are supported by our warehouse and logistics teams.
They ensure everything is rigorously tested and spotlessly clean, before packing for shipment.
To ensure everything gets to the right place at the right time, we operate our own delivery fleet – from 4×4 towing vehicles up to 26-tonne lorries.
Of particular relevance to exhibitions, displays and permanent installations – we provide a full suite of support services.
Services include remote monitoring, telephone, email and onsite support, and training – producing SOP manuals and delivering group/one‑to‑one training.
We prioritise the safety of guests, clients, and personnel through strict compliance with regulations and industry best practice.
All staff follow structured H&S, operator, and specialist equipment training programmes, while equipment is maintained in accordance with statutory testing and certification requirements.
We invest extensively in our equipment and infrastructure, maintaining a fully owned and rigorously serviced inventory.
This commitment extends to continuous staff training and professional development, supported by close partnerships with key suppliers to ensure access to the latest technologies and innovations.
