Our team has a background in technical theatre, live music production, construction and electrical engineering. We love working together to produce incredible results and ensure we make the process as enjoyable as possible for everybody involved. Crucially we share a desire for continuous learning and development.

Managing Director
Peter is where it all began. As the founder of LUX Technical, he remains deeply hands-on, supporting every area of the business whenever his expertise is needed — no job is too small.
While Peter continues to steer the ship at the highest level, his approachable and involved leadership style ensures he is always connected to the day-to-day pulse of the company.

Business Development Manager
Fraser is often the face of the business, building and strengthening commercial partnerships while expanding our network and reach. Alongside his business development role, he is a hands-on project manager, working closely with clients and teams to ensure flawless delivery.
A passionate champion of company culture and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Fraser plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy.

General Manager
Duncan oversees the day-to-day operations of our production and warehouse teams, leading with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach. He would never ask someone to do something he wouldn’t do himself — a philosophy that earns respect across the business.
As General Manager and a hands-on project manager, Duncan supports complex event setups and plays a key role on the Senior Leadership Team, driving operational efficiency and successful delivery.

Thom is a highly creative leader with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for innovative digital solutions. As Head of Digital, he oversees our Digital department, collaborating closely with our Event Production and Immersive Experiences teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.
A key member of our Senior Leadership Team, Thom helps shape our creative strategy and drive innovation as the business grows.

Andy brings a lifetime of experience in production and live events. Founder of White Production Design, he built a strong reputation for technical excellence before the company became part of the LUX Technical Group in 2024.
Now a key member of our production and hire teams and the Senior Leadership Team, Andy provides invaluable technical expertise and plays an important role in shaping the future of our services.

Rob is a founding team member who has been with us at every stage of our journey. Highly skilled in all things digital, he is the creative force behind many of our flagship immersive experiences. Today, Rob provides vital consultancy to our digital department, helping shape and deliver some of our most innovative work.

Helen is the backbone of our office, keeping finances and administration running smoothly with speed and precision. Highly respected by suppliers and contractors alike, she works quietly behind the scenes while being the first friendly face to welcome you through the door.

Olivia ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the business, supporting both management and business development teams. She oversees audits, policies, and key team moments — from onboarding to birthdays — and keeps our team spirit strong as the guardian of the Christmas party fund.

Dave is a highly skilled technician across video, lighting, and audio, with a strong theatre background and exceptional attention to detail. Often found at the back of the room perfecting lighting designs, his versatility and expertise make him an invaluable part of the team.

Tom joined us in 2026 as our new operations manager; he oversees the warehouse team and operational health and safety. Tom also works closely alongside Duncan and the production team, managing equipment and daily logistics.

Callum brings years of operational and warehouse experience, making him a trusted and versatile member of our team. He supports our carpentry and woodworking department, helping to design, craft, and finish bespoke stage flats, platforms, and a wide range of custom event materials — from stage backdrops to tailored comfort monitor screen hides — ensuring every piece meets the highest standards.

Jake supports the prep and de-prep of our stage decks, motors, rigging, drapes, and truss equipment. Known for his diligence and can-do attitude, he also helps across multiple departments to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
