Production
Brief
We help translate the outputs from the initial phases into a detailed production brief, which serves as the foundation for all subsequent stages of the project.
This process is coordinated with stakeholders and any third parties to ensure alignment throughout the planiing, build and installations phases.
Technical
Design & Planning
Working from the production brief, we create detailed technical schematics covering AV, interactive technologies, power distribution, and infrastructure, along with fabrication specifications, floorplans, and build schedules.
Fabrication &
Technical Build
This typically involves the fabrication of scenic elements, the build and configuration of AV, projection, and interactive systems, and the provisioning of the infrastructure required to support the project. *2
Installation &
Production Support
Onsite our technical teams build, install, configure, and test everything in advance. We then conduct run-throughs with the client, allowing time for final refinements and adjustments.
Where the installation forms part of a live event, we can manage the technical operation for the duration.*3
*1 Bid-Stage Support: we are also happy to extend this service to any organisation that requires support in developing an internal business case for an upcoming event or project.
*2 Concept Development & Build: depending on the complexity and client requirements, individual elements or the entire solution may be built offsite — usually at our production facility — allowing systems, audience flows, and overall experiences to be tested and evaluated prior to installation.
*3 Production Support: for longer-term installations, we provide training and ongoing technical support to ensure systems continue to operate effectively and deliver the intended experience over time.
