This includes system schematics, equipment specifications, and network architecture, with integration into platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with the space.

Proposal &
Commercial Phase

The solution is formalised into a clear proposal outlining scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables. This ensures full alignment between technical design and commercial expectations prior to project approval.

Procurement
& Logistics

Equipment and materials are sourced and managed through a controlled supply chain process. Lead times, deliveries, and pre-staging are coordinated to support the installation programme and minimise risk to timelines.

Infrastructure
Preparation

Core infrastructure is installed to support AV and lighting systems, including structured cabling, containment, power, and network configuration (VLANs, QoS). In retrofit environments, existing systems are assessed to maximise reuse and minimise disruption.

Installation
& Integration

AV equipment, lighting systems, and supporting infrastructure are installed and integrated in line with design specifications. This includes hardware installation, rack build, cabling, and system interconnection to deliver a unified solution. 

Software Configuration & Programming

Systems are configured and programmed to enable functionality and usability. This includes control interfaces, lighting scenes, DSP tuning, and platform integration—delivering intuitive operation and consistent performance.

Testing &
Commissioning

Systems are rigorously tested to verify performance, reliability, and compliance with design intent. Functional validation, network testing, and user scenario checks ensure the solution is fully operational.

Handover
& Training

The system is handed over with full documentation, including as-built information and user guides. Training is provided to ensure effective operation and long-term system management.

Support &
Managed Services

Ongoing support includes monitoring, maintenance, updates, and lifecycle planning. This ensures continued performance, reliability, and alignment with evolving operational and technology requirements.
