The Northwall Capital Investor Day Summit took place in the elegant Ballroom of the Mandarin Oriental, Knightsbridge in May 2025. LUX was engaged to design, deliver, and operate a discreet, high-spec technical production that aligned with the venue’s refined aesthetic while meeting the functional needs of a premium investor event.

Project Overview

Objectives:

To deliver a technically robust, visually discreet production solution that supported keynote presentations, video playback, hybrid participation, and full event recording, while complementing the ballroom’s luxury setting and reinforcing the client’s brand identity.

Brief:

The client required a clean, high-performance production setup with white-finish PA, smart stage design, seamless AV integration, and tasteful lighting to support their corporate branding. Hybrid streaming capabilities, on-site name badge printing, and post-event edited video delivery were also specified.

Project Fulfilment

Event Delivery & Flow:

We worked closely with the client to design a premium, seamless experience for their Investor Day summit, aligning every element with the Mandarin Oriental’s elegant ballroom setting. Stage, scenic backdrop, lectern branding, and room lighting were all integrated into a cohesive visual environment that reflected the Northwall Capital brand.

Delegation Tools & Engagement:

A bespoke, fully branded event browser was created to support the day’s agenda — allowing attendees to view an embedded live stream through a secure platform, submit questions to on-stage presenters, and book one-to-one meetings with fellow delegates. This interactive tool ensured delegates could participate fully, whether attending in-person or remotely.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Our team handled all on-site coordination, working seamlessly alongside the venue and client teams to ensure timings, content transitions, and presenter requirements were delivered without a hitch. The result was a professional, well-paced summit that maintained engagement from start to finish.
