The d&b E5 is a 2-way, super compact, coaxial loudspeaker with a passive crossover network that can be deployed either horizontally or vertically. They can be mounted using the D&B ball joint adaptor. The loudspeaker cabinet is weather protected and suitable for outdoor use as standard.
In standard mode the E5 has a frequency response of 85Hz to 20kHz with a 60/400W power handling capacity and can be used with either our D20 or D80 amplifier, producing a max SPL of 117dB. 4 of these boxes can be used per amplifier channel. The E5 features a ferrite LF driver and a 1″ wide dispersion dome tweeter with a nominal dispersion of 100 degrees. They can be used stand-alone or accompanied a variety of subs from the D&B range.
