LUX Technical was proud to deliver a full technical and scenic production package for the grand opening of L’Oréal’s new UK headquarters at White City Place, London. Working alongside long-term agency partner Your Event Solutions, we created a high-impact, brand-aligned environment to celebrate this milestone in L’Oréal’s 90-year history in the UK.

Scenic & Stage Build:
We designed and installed a bespoke set to match L’Oréal’s visual identity, complemented by a seamless vinyl-wrapped stage for a refined, premium finish. Modular steps offered flexibility for presenters and performers, while a custom graphic backdrop reinforced the event’s brand presence.
AV Support & Integration:
Our AV team provided a complete technical solution for clear speech reinforcement, video playback, and presentation support. The setup ensured every guest experienced crisp, intelligible audio and flawless visuals throughout the event.
Collaborative Delivery:
By working closely with Your Event Solutions and L’Oréal’s event team, we were able to align production elements perfectly with the client’s creative and operational goals, delivering a smooth and memorable launch event.
