We translate the production brief into technical schematics, floorplans, and build and delivery schedules, including logistics, risk assessment and H&S compliance.
This is coordinated with stakeholers and any third-parties contributing to the project.
Build &
Fabrication
Keeping you fully informed, we move into production – building sets, configuring audio, projection, and lighting systems, including the power and distribution, and necessary infrastructure needed to deliver the event.
Installation &
Event Operations
On site, we install, configure, and thoroughly test all technical elements in advance, allowing time for rehearsals and final refinements.
During the event, we manage all technical operations, enabling your team to focus on guests and hosting. *3
*1 Bid-Stage Support: we are also happy to extend this service to any organisation that requires support in developing an internal business case for an upcoming event or project.
*2 Concept Development: we can build full-scale elements of a concept within our production facility, enabling clients to experience and evaluate ideas in a real-world environment.
*3 Event Operations: where required we can assist with other areas such as stage management, show calling, and auto-cue.
